Shipping FAQ's
Where can I track my order?

When will I receive my order?
You can track you order here
Typically, it takes 1-2 days to fulfill an order before it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:
UK: 2-5 business days
USA: 2–6 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–14 business days
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will be routed to the closest fulfillment center based on availability and other factors. Our fulfillment centers are located worldwide

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office or carrier to inquire about your package.
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your order, please reach out to us at support@jainyoga.com with your order number, and we'll assist you further.
Will I be charged customs for my international order?
Generally no because we are typically sending products from same country as the delivery location or from country where our customers don't have to pay customs fees .
(So far none of our customers have to pay customs fees since we opened our gates)
However, in very rare cases extra customs and tax fees may apply to international orders (orders outside of USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Spain and Latvia).
These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine if any duties or taxes apply to your purchases.

Which payment methods do you use on your website?
At the moment our customers can use Shop Pay, Credit and Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
When shopping at Jain Yoga, we offer a variety of convenient and secure payment methods to ensure a seamless checkout experience. Here are the payment methods we accept:
Shop Pay
Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout option designed to enhance the shopping experience for customers. It allows customers to save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information, making the checkout process faster and more convenient.
Credit and Debit Cards
Pay for your order using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our secure payment gateway ensures that your card information is protected during the transaction.
PayPal
For added convenience and security, we also accept PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can easily link it to your Jain Yoga Ltd. order and complete the payment with just a few clicks. PayPal offers buyer protection and allows you to shop with confidence.
Apple Pay
If you're an Apple user, you can take advantage of the seamless checkout experience offered by Apple Pay. Simply use your stored payment information and authenticate the transaction with Face ID or Touch ID. It's quick, secure, and hassle-free.

At Jain Yoga Ltd., we prioritize the security and privacy of our customers' payment information. Rest assured that all transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store any payment card details on our servers.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Initially, the refund status will be marked as Pending for up to 2 business days, during which the funds are processed back to your customer.
However, due to varying processing times at your customer's bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@jainyoga.com for further help.
