When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 1–2 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
Shipping time is on top of fulfillment time.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 2–6 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–14 business days

For the US domestic orders, we would use USPS, DHL, and FedEx.


Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Orders are routed using an advanced algorithm that considers the end customer's address and product availability. 99% of the time, the closest fulfillment center is chosen, but if a product is unavailable, it will be sent elsewhere.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You as a customer are responsible for these fees.

Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?


Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us at support@jainyoga.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm PT/3pm ET will ship the 1-2 days after order placement. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

[Covid-19] When will I get my order?

Our fulfilment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.

Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
