3. Do you offer returns and exchanges?

No, we do not offer returns and exchanges. But, if there's something wrong with your order for example you receiving defected product in that case yes, please contact us at support@jainyoga.com, and we'll assist you.

4. What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds only for customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us at support@jainyoga.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we'll resolve the matter for you.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@jainyoga.com for further help.

6. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you're unsure about the size, please refer to our sizing charts available in the product description section of each item. In the rare case that you receive a mislabeled item, please contact us at support@jainyoga.com within a week of receiving your order, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. When will I receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order before it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

8. Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be routed to the closest fulfillment center based on availability and other factors. Our fulfillment centers are located in Charlotte, NC; Los Angeles, CA; Toronto, Canada; Tijuana, Mexico; Barcelona, Spain; and Riga, Latvia.

9. Will I be charged customs for my international order?

Extra customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine if any duties or taxes apply to your purchases.

10. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
